Shout box

We can add a shout box which can be used by members only it will be nice Exclamation

Yeah, I've tried to do something like that before but I can never code my own shoutbox, I've had to rely on pre-made shout boxes which then look out of place (with the design) but sometimes people abuse it. There is however a 'chatbox' that pretty much serves the same purpose if you log into portal! I'll put it on the forums as well Smile
